I called today to inquire about the status, was told they were waiting for a part made in China. Could this be true? I think the fellow called it a transmitter. Is there a transmitter in my vac? I don't know. I do know this is a ridiculous amount of time for any repair job to take. Will you please answer my question regarding parts made in China? Thank you.
